Spock was sentenced to two years in prison in 1968 to the Council of the plot of the young men to violate the laws of the project. Spock said, "I certainly do not want to stop fighting now, and I think we barely started."

Spock had two children: Michael and John. Michael was previously Director of the Children's Museum in Boston, and since his retirement from the museum profession. John owns a construction company. However, Peter Small Spock's son committed suicide December 25, 1983 at age 22 by jumping from the roof of Children's Museum in Boston. Has long suffered from schizophrenia.

It is common to see "Dr. Spock" confused with the fictional character "Mr. Spock" of Star Trek, especially in references to people unfamiliar with science fiction. Said, not Trek creator Gene Roddenberry did not intentionally name of a character, Dr. Spock, who was just a coincidence.
